Ratings and reviews

Excellent, except for one issue. No picture within picture ability. Not sure why, but Funimation never bothered to make this feature, even since they got control of Crunchyroll. So...you are limited to watching exclusively on the app, no ability to do anything else on your phone while you watch. It does get quite annoying. You can watch stuff offline without trouble which is nice but we do need the picture within picture ability

The ads are ridiculous. No actually its Beyond ridiculous, it borders on insanity!! I had the premium version a while back but wasn't using the app much, so I cancelled it. After about 6 months, I thought, why not try watching something using the "free" version... only to cop over 30 ads for a 24-minute episode! Are you kidding!!! I am not opposed to ads at all, I will happily watch a couple during an episode, but 30 of the things? Overkill is an understatement!!!!

Good selection. Besides any and all anime I watch getting caught in few second loops, none of the English episodes of every anime has no subtitles. ALLOW SUBTITLES ON NO MATTER THE LANGUAGE SELECTION!!! This has been a problem for a long time(about a few years). Should have been fixed. Help desk/customer support does nothing about it or, it would have been fixed.
