Terrible , la experiencia de compra es un caos. Intente comprar un refresco , pero el repartidor me llamo diciendo que no tenían en existencia , así que trato de hacer cambio por otro producto , pero la aplicación de la tienda no le permitía hacer el cambio , además de que la aplicación d eka tienda no les permitió hacer cancelación , al final tuve que contactar a soporte por varios métodos hasta que por fin lo pudieron cancelar , y ahora solo sigo esperando mi reembolso.

Decepción, no puedo usar la app debido a que no hay cobertura en Baja California y me manda a Nuevo León. Veo que no soy el único con este problema y no veo que contesten o dar alguna disculpa, ahhh pero si hay un comentario de que si les funciona y pudieron usar la app ahí están dando gracias y que valoran a su clientes, ay aja. Solución por favor!!!
