I bought an annual subscription that was working fine, but after changing my phone, I can't access my account. WhatsApp verification keeps failing, and there are no alternative login methods available, even though I'm using the exact same phone number and email as my paid account. I purchased the Premium plan, but I’m still unable to use the service because it says I've already reached my usage limit. I was informed that I would receive an email regarding this issue, but I haven't received any update or resolution so far. Unacceptable Subscription Limits I express my strong dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my paid subscription. I purchased an official Getcontact subscription under the clear understanding and offer of unlimited tag searches. However, I was shocked to discover that strict limits actually apply. To make matters worse, I am now informed that I have exhausted my entire limit for the next 6 months! all of this only to buy extra tariffs monthly and also limited😠😡
