I'm sorry, I have to change my rate, because after I changed my phone and tried to log in many times, it still failed. The number I entered is correct, but when it comes to the verification stage, the number listed by the application changes, so I can't receive the verification SMS or call. I tried to report it, but there's only an option to edit the number. When I open it, the number changes again, with one digit missing in the middle. This is very disappointing.

I subscribed to the annual plan and the full amount was deducted successfully. Despite this, I was asked to subscribe again at the beginning of the month, and a monthly fee was charged by mistake while my annual subscription should still be active. I contacted support and explained everything clearly, but they did not provide any real help or solution and simply redirected me elsewhere. Very poor customer support and bad handling of billing issues. Not recommended.

The app's excessive and intrusive ads, which cannot be closed before the link is opened, make it feel more like a virus. Additionally, the number of tags that can be viewed has been reduced to only four. This app is useless. If the previous system isn't reverted to making ads optional, or at least allowing users to disable them, I will delete the app and go back to Truecaller. I advise everyone to do the same.
