Absolute nightmare. I'm getting charged monthly but the app/website says I don't have a subscription. The UK company support says I've been charged by the global company and they can't help. The global support says they don't manage UK subs so they can't help. So at the moment I literally can't stop them charging me every month. Avoid like the plague.

I've been a subscriber for years but now I have to cancel the subscription as all the Swedish magazines have disappeared from my tablet version. Having access to these magazines was a huge reason why I kept the subscription when I moved to Ireland. I also cannot download the new app on my new mobile, as "The app doesn't exist in my location". I'm sorry, but you lost one loyal subscriber.

subscription expired. After several tries I was successful and got an annual plan. However, being u nable to access any magazines after several attempts I decided to cancel and start over. Received a no refund message for cancelations. I am now out over $100 US and have nothing to show for it.

select 'Save article' from the menu in the Article View. Saved
articles will appear in My Library under the new Saved tab
along with your bookmarks.
