At first I really liked this service. I flip between reading a physical book and listening to the audiobook, so I rarely listen to a full book. I loved the flexibility Everand offered. Now the books I want to listen to are no longer available until the next billing cycle. I want to know ahead of time what I am paying for, not find out partway through a month. I have cancelled my subscription until they decide to be more transparent. the "FAQ" give the same generic canned responses.

I've been a Scribd member for years and have always loved it. I recently gave in and changed to a new plan; the app won't start & I have to close & reopen several times & then the downloaded books don't play & when they finally do start, they skip so bad, it's frustrating. I watch the time ticker thing the time is actually jumping back & forth when this happens. It used to stop during my runs which was aggravating & I thought it was my phone; now I'm wondering if it was the app.

No Signal? No Book - even if you've downloaded it! Out for a run, listening to a downloaded book. Lose signal. No more book. If a book is downloaded, it shouldn't need internet. The app should know when you subscription runs out, and should keep grace period for a few days to allow for being in a poor signal area. Just plain low grade application with little to no thought about the ways in which people might use the app. Stops working too often in poor signal areas.
