The service is fine, is pretty good to get a loan done, and the new credit limit system is very unique and low on interest rates compared to similar services. But, support has no intent for the end user to provide feedback, and they seem to also have had support to deposits on bank services that are now suspended and have never being fixed. So the ecosystem is OK, and if you are not under the unlucky list of disabled bank providers, then loaning with them is alright.

Awful experience as far as getting support... It's been 9 months since the last time I was promised to be eligible again for a loan, I got to the highest level of money lending and all of them paid in full within deadline except for the last one with an overdue of 5 days only.... Since then the answer from the "experts" is that it could take up to 4 months to get back to request money, well it's been 9 months... Any thoughts?

it helped the first few times when I had no job to pay some of my bills, I asked for a small loan today and got rejected, wow thanks, just uninstalled their app after 5 years of having it. ( I've never missed a payment for my loans).
