Ratings and reviews

I am having trouble logging back into my account it's asking me give permission for location and when I do the app does not advance it keeps sending me back to put my whole information over and over it's frustrating and useful !!!!

Doesn't work with Android 17. Keeps crashing and the bank seems not to care. Further and considering the response Banorte IT team lies with their recommendations they know they have a problem with the app yet they decide to hide it.

My app won't load since the last update. I can't access my account, make payments, etc.
