It's an easy app to use very straight forward nothing confusing about it. It's wonderful and rare to have a free delivery promo. That's fantastic! I haven't had a little Caesars order in a couple of years. I might just start using them regularly with that easy menu to pick from and they allow you to use your GPay. Your not getting flustered filling in all card information. I'm an extremely happy customer!

App is easy to use. Delivery & customer service is a joke. We are constantly missing drinks, today they delivered the wrong ones. They told me the max compensation for the wrong things being delivered was 25% of the item amount, which was less than $5 and doesn't even cover the cost of the 2liter and 2oz pop. I also hate that I can't rate the door dashers as they are the ones screwing up and get to keep the tip! I can't put no tip and do cash instead because no one will take the order.

Logs me out every time I use it and lately it's been changing my primary store to one an extra 20 minutes away. So I get to exert more gas for colder pizza, which i love, of course. The app is useless if it's core functions never work properly. original review is from 2023. still an issue on 2026. Just a buggy mess they don't care about enough. shop elsewhere
