The CDMX App is the digital tool that connects you with Mexico City. From your phone, you can access services, procedures, transportation, events, and everything you need to get around, stay informed, and make the most of your day. The app is designed to make things easier for you, without complications. Learn about its features, explore each module, and discover how it can help you.

Home Screen: It all starts here. The new home screen gives you quick access to different features such as transportation, digital documents, security, events calendar, and much more. All in one place.

My Profile: Your data, your app. Review and update your information from the "My Profile" module. Here you can also manage your preferences, check notifications, and see how you interact with the different modules of the app.

My Shortcuts: Your favorites in one place. Choose a minimum of 4 and up to 8 of your favorite features and save them in "My Shortcuts." Access or change them whenever you want.

Mobility: Getting around is now easier. Check routes and schedules for public transportation in Mexico City and the metropolitan area. Metro, Metrobús, Cablebús, Trolleybus, Interurban Train, Mexibús, and now also the Mexicable. If you take a taxi in Mexico City, you can scan the license plate to see the vehicle's make and model, as well as information about the drivers associated with that plate. You can also share your trip, rate it, and use the emergency button connected to the C5 command center if you need help. Plan your trip without leaving the app.
Utopias: Discover the spaces created for you. Check the activities and schedules of the Utopias throughout the city. Workshops, classes, culture, sports, and much more at your fingertips.
Safety: Report, take action, and receive support. You can find out which police officers are in charge of security in your area, as well as a list of the Public Prosecutor's Offices near your location. In any emergency, your safety and that of your community are closer than ever. Citizen Report: Make your voice heard. Is there a street light out, a pothole, or another problem in your area? Report public service outages, add your location and photos, and track the status of your report from the app. You can also file digital complaints with the Mexico City Attorney General's Office (FGJCDMX).
Digital Documents: Everything on your phone. Keep your official digital documents with you at all times; the digital version of your driver's license, vehicle registration, Mexico City employee ID, and more. Access them quickly and securely from this module.
Condesa Clinic: Health within your reach. Check the available services, locations, and hours of operation at the Condesa Clinic. Useful information for your health care.
Emergency Button: In any emergency, activate this button and receive immediate assistance. Activate the alert so that the C5 (Command, Control, Communications, Computing, and Intelligence Center) can send immediate support from police, paramedics, or traffic control. Vehicles: Register up to 5 license plates from Mexico City and check everything about your vehicle registration, the "Hoy No Circula" program (subscribe and receive alerts), traffic camera violations, fines, emissions testing (schedule your appointment), and if your car is impounded, receive notifications with the impound lot's location.
Locatel Chat: Ready to help you. Ask about procedures, services, or report non-emergency situations, all through our quick and easy chat.
WiFi: Connect wherever you are. Find the nearest free Wi-Fi hotspots. Prefer to see them in a list or on a map? Switch with a single tap. Find more than 23,000 free internet access points distributed throughout the 16 boroughs and stay connected.

This worst app I have ever used. It's impossible to log in or reset your password or find back your user name or password. When you press the button, nothing works. The product quality is like a failed student homework.
