Still the worst app that I have been using. Been discontinued AIA Vitality for few years due to frustration with sync problem. I resumed the membership few weeks ago because the app looks improved a lot. Have good experience for the first 3 or 4 weeks then guess what, boom!! Suddenly cannot sync Vitality data anymore. Try delink and can never link back anymore. So regret to resume the membership, its like paying to get frustration. Reinstall app also doesn't help.

Update: linking to a wearable is intermittent. Sometimes doesn't update/sync at all. Was asked to Unlink and cannot link after unlink. Teribble app. This is the worst app i have ever used. Most of the time is it not working. I suggest AIA take it off the Playstore and fix it properly before letting user download it. My conclusion is that if I may ask, is it that making the syncing and updating of the workout problematic is in any way trying to avoid payout for weekly rewards ?

Very poor interface and the connection was very slow due to the Web base system used. Page to page manuver was very slow & even loss in connection in the middle. Need to improve much further to provide satisfaction to the customer. Update: The apps are now much better & user friendly. I like it & good accessibility. The team had made a good effort in improving the apps for better customer experience. Kudos!!
