First time user of UOB. Not a big fan of the overall interface, not modern enough but that's probably just me. Not an even bigger fan of the fact that UOB doesn't support ewallet provisionings just yet. Just started using the app for less than 1 week & already there seems to be quite some bugs/errors with the servers. Having to contact CS for help you have to be redirected to their website to start a live chat, which from the mobile can be quite a hassle as well cos of the website>mobileUIUX.

terrible! how can a bank not rectify a bug immediately!!! it has been 2 weeks and my app is still showing "no services available for this card" !!!!! I have called customer service twice, and both said they are still fixing the bug! and I'm holding the infinity card!!!!!

want to lodge a complain. every time I want to pay unifi, tnb or courtside. it asked me to approve via the app to continue. I on my app, click approve and yet nothing happen on the tnb, unifi fpx page. I have to use pin to continue for access and all this is very inconvenient. then after that right, I select my saving account to debit from. then it asked me to key in pin to get another pin to continue transaction.. now banking and tech already so advance. use the push notification la..
