Very lousy app. After I made payment, I logged out. Then I realised I need to log in again to check something. It stops me from logging in, saying that another device had login. Hello... I'm using the SAME device and I had logged out just now. Very annoying. whole night cannot log in for the 2nd time.

Kinda frustrating because online banking/ FPX is always stuck at loading screen or the approval doesn't link with the payment page. PIN/Token never work, always failed too. When I try to pay online, it sends notification for approval but when I click the notification, it is stuck on loading until it's expired and to use UOB access, which needs a lot of time in and out of the app to get the code.

1. how the hell do I find the receipt for my transfer if I missed it earlier?!! FIX YOUR APP. Not even in the freaking web login can download the transaction receipt, how do u even operate as a modern banking if u fail at basic customer service. 2. so called One Bonus Interest persuade me to use my account as salary deposit, 3 months already and it still didn't detect my salary incoming into the account. what a gimmick
