This has to be the worst banking apps ever. Took 3 minutes to start app stuck at uob logo. When I tried to login it says already log in at other device. Tried to login using web and it is fine. You know it scares user when it pop up saying already login in other device. It is fine in web. It is such a nuisance and inconvenience. Not the first time this happened. am now considering cutting ties with uob.

Very lousy app. After I made payment, I logged out. Then I realised I need to log in again to check something. It stops me from logging in, saying that another device had login. Hello... I'm using the SAME device and I had logged out just now. Very annoying. whole night cannot log in for the 2nd time.

1. how the hell do I find the receipt for my transfer if I missed it earlier?!! FIX YOUR APP. Not even in the freaking web login can download the transaction receipt, how do u even operate as a modern banking if u fail at basic customer service. 2. so called One Bonus Interest persuade me to use my account as salary deposit, 3 months already and it still didn't detect my salary incoming into the account. what a gimmick
