Attempt to add deposit to investment is always get rejected! I try everyday during office hours and keep getting the "insufficient unit" reply. After trying several times it gives another reply "account blocked, try after 5 minutes". This app should make it easier and more encouraging to invest but instead it makes everything harder.

Recently the app was unable to fully logout. My user ID is always there even though I already chose to fully logout before. So, anyone who has my phone will be able to see my ID once they open the app which is really not acceptable. I have tried to uninstall & reinstall the app, but the issue is still there. Please check & fix it.

The application encounters an error during IC upload, displaying an internet connection issue despite a stable and working internet connection. Upon contacting customer support for assistance, I was instructed to visit an ASNB branch to complete the process manually. The application requires significant improvement, as this experience has been very disappointing.
