I would like to open an ASNB account using the MyASNB app. After I click on “Create Account,” it asks me to enter my phone number. I have entered my phone number and received the TAC verification code. It shows that the SMS was sent successfully. However, when I press “OK,” it does not proceed to the next step and gets stuck on the same page. I have tried pressing “OK” multiple times, but the issue remains.

When I was registering my account after my previous account was revoked, the Okay button was irresponsive during acknowledging of the SMS TAC. This was fixed when I switched over to another app and switched back to MyASNB. Registering on the app itself is frustrating. It took me almost the whole afternoon because of this UI bug.

This app has not been working properly for a long time. I thought the recent update in Feb 2026 would solve it but no. The issue of the app keeps on loading endlessly made me no longer want to use this app. I've installed it at my other sevices and still the same problem. There is a bug in the app and the Admin has not resolve it.
