When I was registering my account after my previous account was revoked, the Okay button was irresponsive during acknowledging of the SMS TAC. This was fixed when I switched over to another app and switched back to MyASNB. Registering on the app itself is frustrating. It took me almost the whole afternoon because of this UI bug.

I would like to open an ASNB account using the MyASNB app. After I click on “Create Account,” it asks me to enter my phone number. I have entered my phone number and received the TAC verification code. It shows that the SMS was sent successfully. However, when I press “OK,” it does not proceed to the next step and gets stuck on the same page. I have tried pressing “OK” multiple times, but the issue remains.

hi, after i reset my hp, i can't login through application and website. i try to reset a password and follow the instruction, but next button still grey out and can't apply new password. now i can only transfer with bank application. please check your apps and fix the bugs. Thanks
