myASNB Secure is a new feature that provides a safer and convenient way to authorise transactions in myASNB portal and myASNB app using Push Authentication and Secure TAC (6-digit number generated in myASNB app) for authorisation of transactions. myASNB Secure is an alternative to SMS TAC and available for both myASNB portal and myASNB app platforms.

Lately this app is not efficient anymore. I can't do online withdrawal today and error message appeared such as 'ralat' even after i approved the transaction two times and i'm afraid by doing too many attempts will get my account blocked. what the hell. please improve your system asap.

overall good interface just that i think the app can improve further, at least let people know how many units available, because its a waste of time everyday trying to buy units and its out of stock..also please release more units, there always insufficient units to purchase.

the new app has glitches & lags.. not a pleasant user experience. ASNB IT & customer service teams need to look into this fast.. for better service to depositors.. good effort on secure2u though.. but am a bit sceptical to activate it due to those glitches. 1 suggestion: perhaps to add a feature to download a year's account movement. for user's tracking purposes. TQ
