The latest updates mention fixes for wellness sleeps n step data which was problematic for few weeks. After update...still same issue, data not updated all 0 and data loading. Cant find where can link/relink to google fit etc to try resetting. (smile app have this function). All my friends have this issue sonits not unique to me. Please FIX

The biometric login is not working. It took a few tries to get the app to show the login page with user ID and password. The renewal function is also not working. after making selections for additional extreme weather coverage the app cleared all data entered on prior page. I ended up doing the renewal on the website. FYI, I am using the latest version 6.0.15

Policy not updated. Chat bot & live agent is annoying. Made me wait 10 minutes for their response, yet quickly end the conversation after a delayed respond from me. P/S: ID is correctly registered in the apps. Plus, my other policies are there (if the ID was wrong, the other policies wouldn't appear there).
