Ratings and reviews

When I want to pay, it says that I cannot use Atome for 90 days just because I late for payment only for 1 day! Fair enough, I've been charged for it. But charge + being suspended for 90 days for it is harshed! I've cleared all of my bills and there's no outstanding bills whatsoever. Support team/customer service? Laughable. I need to send 3 emails to them for only they replied to me with no help to solve it! No direct customer service to contact which makes it more inconvenient. Ridiculous!

I needed to edit this cause this is the SECOND time it happened. Be careful when using it. I got unauthorized payment for it. And when their system failed to charge automatically, they charged me for a late fee without even notifying me that the payment failed. They do this on purpose to get you to pay for the admin fee. Another thing to highlight if you're paying in 3 months but made a refund before paying all bills, the money that was supposed to be refunded will be gone, floating somewhere.

Easy to use and convenient for making cashless payment. Overall, this is a good BNPL app which I would recommend to my friends. I would like to suggest an update on this app, I think it would be good if the details of the split payments can be stated clearly either in the app or my credit card statements, especially when I have purchased several items using Atome, I really lost track on the instalments of which items have been paid in full, which items are still on instalment basis.
