Ratings and reviews

The support is quite disappointing as they tend to leave you hanging for days on end, even if the issue is with the app itself and affects time limited promos. Promos aren't very good and it's hard to get any cashback unless you plan on using this to pay bills. It also does tend to lag quite badly and sometimes the app becomes inaccessible because it 'needs to be updated' even tho that the update isn't an option in the play store. 2 stars because it does the minimum of what an ewallet does.

bad experiences with this apps, already change a new password, and I remember the exact password that I input, but still says incorrect, when try too change too a new one keeps errors, like I have money on those account but can't access, contact CS no reply, Nice work Boost team

i set a new password two days ago, i logged in, and it's ok, then the next day, a new update arrived and i updated the app, but when i logged in using the same password, it said wrong password, then i tried to submit forget password, the otp was sent to my email, but i never received it, then for three consecutive locked out, my account was permanently blocked, i tried to submit my problem to boost support, no answer, so 1 star to you. and stop your ads if your services was like this. thanks.
