Ratings and reviews

The ways to top up my kwsp account really old fashion and outdated. It still doesn't support credit card, duitnow, not even TNG Update Jul 2026: now thoroughly broken. Keep on failing to login, telling me system is temporarily unavailable due to a system update. The message has been there for more than 2 months. The publisher advise users to not use special character for device name, which is stupid and unacceptable. My advice to them is to not even read the device name is it breaks the app

Ever since the last update, the login becomes buggy. I have to login over and over, and yet still staring at the login page. I have to kill apps, retry and pray I can get into it Is login into my account now has to be like a jackpot? If no, please fix this thanks. Edit: KWSP did reply to my review, appreciate it so much. Looking forward to the fix.

I can't login via the app more than a month. it keep on showing error "service is temporarily unavailable due to system update. please try again shortly." already tried to uninstall and reinstall also same. whenever I am using the web to login, no issue at all.
