After updating the app, I unable to log in. Repeated attempts to enter ID and passwords result in the error message: "Service is temporarily unavailable due to system update." Web version works normally, so the issue is only with the app. Appreciate can fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.

Been helpful when doesn't need to go kwsp office to issue transfer Akaun 3 for emergencies for past year but recently when needed to transfer again to coupe with expenses. The apps able to log in but it's showing corrupted display, thought it was my WiFi or data, then maybe cache problem but tried many ways except reinstall yet still same problem. please guide or fix it soon as its been fee days to weeks

After the latest update, I'm not able view the PDF transaction status (approve or in review). I get the message stating "Oops you don't have a default PDF viewer in your device". But I'm able to view the EPF Statement within the app. I already have Adobe Acrobat installed and set as default. I'm able to open/view PDF in other apps without issue. It was working nicely before the update.
