I haven't been able to log in since August. (And today is 16.10.24) The app asked to update you latest version while I'm already a version newer than that. At the login page, after I key in my pin, the yellow ball kept bouncing into an infinite loop. I was reading some of the comments, someone suggested to uninstall and reinstall the app, and it worked. Maybe when the developer of this app test run on their side, everything works and they didn't bother to read the comments. Do try it and see

October 2025: With the recent updates, I now cannot logged in. Apps keep saying wrong password. Upon reinstall, need to insert id and password, okay at first and I have landed on the "Welcome" page with even my name appear on the page but need to login again? What is going on? Multiple attempts and now the account has been blocked - "great". Used to be smooth experience.

If you're having trouble registering or logging in to KWSP i-Akaun app, please contact us via the Enquiry Form: (https://www.kwsp.gov.my/en/corporate/connect-with-us/enquiry) or visit the nearest EPF office. Include: EPF No, phone no, telco, OS type, device model & app version. Keep a screenshot for reference.

I'm sorry, idk where else to complain that doesn't involve AI. Please fix the "setuju" button at the terms and conditions page because some of us are struggling to come to the nearest KWSP office, thus the app is a great alternative. I have been trying to sign up for a week and the issue is not fixed despite complaining through email.
