Ratings and reviews

The ways to top up my kwsp account really old fashion and outdated. It still doesn't support credit card, duitnow, not even TNG Update Jul 2026: now thoroughly broken. Keep on failing to login, telling me system is temporarily unavailable due to a system update. The message has been there for more than 2 months. The publisher advise users to not use special character for device name, which is stupid and unacceptable. My advice to them is to not even read the device name is it breaks the app

Easy to use. However, it doesn't save favorite banking details for payments/receipts which most banking apps have. It's inconvenient to keep typing banking details for each transaction and errors may occur.

Prevents user from opening the app says needs to be updated to a newer version when it's already on the latest. And it goes in a loop. This is embarrassing for an entity that manages hundreds of billions of dollars but unable to maintain an app. How are we supposed to trust EPF? Further update: App that used to work now no longer works since the last update. I use multiple other banking and security apps and they all work with the existing device name only this one app has special needs.
