Ratings and reviews

Just recently used this app. So far, there is no problem in using it, and it is very easy to use. It is just the log-in process using biometrics, and switching from different tabs to tabs is quite lagging. But the most ANNOYING thing to me is the term and conditions page! You have to accept that every time you log in, which is quite unusual (normal app only require ONCE), and you have to scroll over and over again before you reach the button 'Accept'. Please do improvement on this!

27/8/2024 Cannot login after latest update. After entered the pin number, spinner keeps spinning. Time keeps timing. Waste keeps wasting. 13/9/2024 App keeps spinning in login page after entered pin. Same issue report a month ago. I'll update next month again if this issue still not fixed yet. Your technical team should manage this issue accordingly. At the moment, using browser to login and check the latest statement. 13/10/2024 I still cannot login to the mobile app. Same issue.
