Ratings and reviews

I won't rate it less, because it's a very fast bank app. But the customer service is lifeless and extremely vague. Responses seem automated and rarely address the main issue. After a little time, a service agent is replaced with someone else and you have to explain the whole issue all over again, most times, ending with a totally different verdict, and leaving the issue unsolved. Work on your customer support, it's bad.

Fantastic payment app for local transactions. Insanely fast and always reliable. The customer service is also the best I've seen. just one problem. for an app that's the default payment solution for many people, there'll definitely be a LOT of transactions. scanning through such a huge volume of transactions is difficult with the basic filters present. no filter to see all trxs with an account, or searching for a remark. camera feature to scan and transfer to account numbers would be nice too.

This app is great and I have recommended it to many of my friends. Payments and transfers to other banks is fast and successful. However, there is a fundamental snag with the current version of the application. Generation of the account statement does not work at all. This is regardless of wether one wants to download the statement directly on the device or send to a registered email. Please consider fixing this issue in the next upgrade.
