if there is anything less than one I would have given it...moniepoint is a scam app that locks your account with your money inside just for no reason, and you are never getting the money back. they won't pick up your call or resolve your issue when you message. Rather, they keep telling you they are working on it. it's a scam app. thieves!

Great app generally but I've been having issues that I've complained to the customer care severally for months and I'm still having the same issues. I'm using the business and personal app and turned on phone number account for the personal app but all transfers go to my business app. my SAYT plan in my business app is always withdrawing my savings and it's not reflecting in the account or my other account at all.

A 5 star should've been okay but something needs to be done about the video face capturing and verification, it is not really encouraging. After so many uninstalling and reinstalling still was not easy to login. Although it has been fixed now after so many attempts.
