A phone number can also be used as an account number, no stress, just ease made available at Ur fingertips. I'll definitely be using Moniepoint Personal Banking as long as it gets. Since I started making use of Moniepoint services, I have always enjoyed a comfortable and stress-free transactions...from recharging my airtime to paying my bills. Their user-interface has always been easy to navigate through...even for adults who don't seem to be very interested in technology. I recommend Moniepoint for anyone who wants a platform where your information is secured, easy navigation through the app, comfortable and stress-free transactions...with less or no network issues.

- Pending Refund Request since 2024, even though it has been approved - Declined Refund Request, even with evidence of failed transaction from the POS - Charges are not listed separate from the transactions, so it's hard to track. I can see the transfer charge on transactions one day old. Anything older, I don't see it. I just have to assume. - Can't use biometrics to approve transactions - Never been able to buy MTN data, ever. Tired of constantly complaining about these, so it's fine.
