Very bad at sending email and SMS notifications. Provides room for dishonesty and fraud which I suspect is what happened to my money today. No email. No SMS and no electricity token either. Unable to view receipt for the transaction. Also, oddly the phone number - being on hold and the number works until you get to the front of the queue and then the call drops.

if there is anything less than one I would have given it...moniepoint is a scam app that locks your account with your money inside just for no reason, and you are never getting the money back. they won't pick up your call or resolve your issue when you message. Rather, they keep telling you they are working on it. it's a scam app. thieves!
