Even one star is too much. Could connect my River pro maybe two times in last year. Other times no go after hours off trying and yes to 2,4GHz network. And yes of course everyone should use min. WPA- protection in their home networks. Ecoflow just cant provide what they promise and what consumers are partly paying for. Edit 15.5.2024 same problems. Cant connect. And tell me how to upgrade firmware without connection?

Hi, please upgrade your device's firmware to enable a WiFi password length of up to 63 characters.

Software experience is a bit better nowadays. I still need to back out from the device to the main screen to get the software showing the device, it is "offline" otherwise. Why are there preset times for the timeouts? Most people want to adjust the timeout exactly to a specific setting. I need 4,5 hour timeout for small load appliance. I can't set that. 4 hrs or 6 hrs only. 4 hrs is not enough, 6 hrs consumes energy unnecessarily for 90 minutes. Please allow user to set timeout manually.

App is ok, but would like to have widget to follow solar panel charging and discharge amounts on phone screen with battery percentage without opening app itself. Also built in solar panels energy monitoring would make ecoflow app as a raw diamond.
