what is this last update with the homepage that automatically starts playing a random stream? Please revert this. It is the worst experience I've had in a long time and takes away control from the user. I'm not able to watch 1 stream and see my followed channels at the same time. BAD :) Uninstalling and will be using the browser instead. Edit: for anyone interested, I've solved this by finding an older version apk online. 10/10 solution. Make sure to disable auto-updates here on the play store.

One of the worst user interfaces available in phone apps at the moment. The moment Twitch made their user interface similar to TikTok I stopped using the phone app completely. The previous UI was a lot better, not only was I more easily able to find streams the UI gave me the feeling I was visiting Twitch and not an app that tries to imitate something else. Twitch has its own identity and instead of making your own identity better Twitch decided to emulate something else.

For the replayer, you can only swipe forwards for 30 seconds? No 10 seconds? No lock screen? No touch functions like on YouTube? And every time I have to manually click that 'smartest' fast forward button and always find misses (casually double clicked). Also, when I want to check the minute that I have played the information pops up and it literally blocks half of the screen. Couldn't be any better for so many year.
