Ratings and reviews

The app is great, and usually work very well and I like that you are able to filter your search. The downside is that some of the hotel properties don't give you the room that you reserved on booking and will say that it is booking fault, and that they have been trying to fix it, also the process to get money refunded is a headache 🤦🏻‍♂️

Edit: -1 star! No CS only FAQs. & no fix! I used to love this app but now it's pretty near useless. It's insane that I have to calculate to find out how much a listing is REALLY for! There's no way to find out the total cost until you go thru to nearly make a reservation. Showing the price with tiny text under that says + these extra charges is UNhelpful. In one case, I saw the price of $600, and the tiny text said +$712! How hard is it to show me the total cost up front?!

Got scammed by the host. He didn't meet us at the destination, didn't respond to the messages and his phone was not available. Tried to contact the customer support through the application and email but got no response whatsoever. Couldn't use their local phone number as I don't speak local language. At the last day of my "staying" the host cancelled the reservation as I "didn't show up" so I can't even rate him to warn the others. Very disappointed and will try to avoid using it in the future.
