This is my worst experience ever on a food delivery app. This app doesn't have a way to track orders. It doesn't even show that the order isn't confirmed. The app is so faulty. We waited 2 hours just to know that the order didn't go through even though we gave the complete address. That's so absurd. They should've shown a sign that the order didn't go through. Wasted our time waiting for nothing.

USELESS app. We're just more or less 3 kilometers away from their branch and the app says they cannot deliver from our area. Immediately deleted my account and the app. I'll just stick with grabfood and foodpanda

Will call you to verify the area. waited for about 2 minutes for them to verify when if you look at the app the area is there. Told me they can't find subic bay freeport. what the, why was the area listed in the app in the 1st place. Don't you have a immediate list of all the delivery area. Anyway, it pushed thru after searching the area for 2 mins.. should have called the store if not for the stuffed crust free. Will not use this app again as this is a hassle
