This app is a scam. I couldn't save a simple PPT because it contained one premium element. I was forced to sign up for a 15-day free trial just to save my report since I was in a rush. I cancelled the subscription within an hour of signing up, but 3 or 4 days later, 560 PHP was deducted from my GCash—even though the subscription price was only 300+. It's been two weeks and I still haven't received a refund for my 560 PHP.😭🤬🤬

I used to like fonts that are unique in designs. But I realized in PowerPoint presentation, some fonts are not supported in Canva. I have one very important presentation, I used unique fonts to make the text clearer and creative. And then as I exported it, some fonts got changed and it resulted from inaccurate spacings. Like some text cutting off underneath the screen and more. It significantly affects the presentation because some detail got cut off and some is not even readable anymore.

I PAY for premium subscription and yet the photos that I add for my ebook only stay sharp and crisp for a few minutes and then become blurry. I try the upscale feature but it still won't fix it! I shouldn't have to be dealing with lower resolution renders especially when I pay for it. I'm giving 0 stars because I don't know how I'm going to publish the book now after months of working on it (the blurry issue is more recent). Otherwise I like the app and would give 5 stars if they fixed this
