Yes, it's a great grocery delivery app but it takes too long for the order to arrive. It takes at least 1 and half hours or sometimes even 2 hours for an order to arrive. And every time I've placed an order at after 7pm, I've had to wait for 3 whole hours before the order gets cancelled eventually. It's honestly very frustrating. Especially when the delivery fee is around 175 rupees, i expect to get fast delivery service. PLEASE try to work on this. Otherwise it's a great app.

It's a very bad experience! Whenever I order, the order is never complete, and they keep refunding me, forcing me to use the app again and again, only to face the same issue - incomplete orders and delayed delivery, which takes 3-4 hours despite promising 45 minutes. The team is very slow, and they don't provide good service at all. I'm very disappointed with these people.👎👎👎👎👎

Edit: The problem was fixed in the recent update, thankyou! I've been having problems in viewing the complete name and size/weight (mentioned at the very end) of a product since the text just cuts off at the end of second line with dots (...) Please add the option of viewing the complete name of the product because currently you can't open up the product in a new window to check it's details either. This would be really helpful to see the full details of the product you're buying, thanks!
