The worst experience of my life with the chezious App. I ordered a pizza through this App and paid via Jazz Cash Payment option. The payment got deducted from my account and I got a message from the chezious app that the 'order is accepted and being prepared'. When I didn't receive the order or a call from the delivery boy in about 50 minutes, I called on the customer service numbers, and to my surprise I was told that my order had been cancelled. I didn't get refunded. NOT Recommended!

The taste and pricing is good compared to other competitors but this app is the worst of all. It's down most of the time when i try to place an order and it shows a pop up "Branch closed due to whatever reason". Then i have to call their helpline to place my order. Further more it's 2026 and they still don't accept online payments which is really frustrating sometimes because i have to get cash just for a simple order.

Don't pay online payment through this app, it get stuck even the payment is approved and deducted from your account, and there would be no help available through their helpline, first they said that your order is processed and then hour later when you would call they'd say that your order didn't processed. very pathetic experience.
