Very frustrating experience. The app relies on TPL maps and constantly pins the wrong address. Even if you try entering your location details manually, the incorrect pin stays stuck. Another major bug is with the JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Selecting either one sends no prompt to your phone, leaving you stuck at checkout. After trying multiple times, I had to opt COD and pay the extra charges. It feels deceptive to offer digital options that don't work just to push people into paying extra. 😒

The worst experience of my life with the chezious App. I ordered a pizza through this App and paid via Jazz Cash Payment option. The payment got deducted from my account and I got a message from the chezious app that the 'order is accepted and being prepared'. When I didn't receive the order or a call from the delivery boy in about 50 minutes, I called on the customer service numbers, and to my surprise I was told that my order had been cancelled. I didn't get refunded. NOT Recommended!

Other restaurant delivery service is open in all areas and I think now I should Uninstall the Cheezious app because every day I give the order online but today apps is giving a messsge delivery is closed due to security reason if you dont secure in your own area so why should you will give the delivery service you should quit that service.
