Excellent experience.User friendly application. Navigation is easy. Handling the application is easy even with a low-end phone. However, uploading images was not without problems. It took several tries to upload the image. The ability to merge accounts made it easier to use multiple SIM cards. Sometimes the chat message doesn't appear. There is a notification inside but no chat message. Additions are arranged in a specific display order. It is difficult to find our assistance times.

Terrible experience with the new update. Get bombarded by Delivered By OLX products instead of simply getting to see what I need (used items). Just search for a tablet and you get bombarded with cases instead of simple tablet searches. With featured ads atleast they were minimal, but this requires soo much more scrolling. Please give an option to remove Delivered by OLX.

aggressive advertising model you could mistake it for a scam, post 2022 the app was great, now not only does olx spam call you and message you on WhatsApp to advertise their packages they have also limited ads to just 2 per category and then you have to wait 4 weeks to post the ads in the same category, what makes this an issue is the fact that even if you edit the ad gets auto reviewed and sometimes doesn't pass and they never mention the exact specific reason
