Excellent experience.User friendly application. Navigation is easy. Handling the application is easy even with a low-end phone. However, uploading images was not without problems. It took several tries to upload the image. The ability to merge accounts made it easier to use multiple SIM cards. Sometimes the chat message doesn't appear. There is a notification inside but no chat message. Additions are arranged in a specific display order. It is difficult to find our assistance times.

This app used to be very good, but now it asks for money to post every ad. If you try to post a free ad, it doesn’t work at all. First you have to wait, and even after waiting for many days, the ad still doesn’t get posted—they find some other problem. I would only recommend it to someone who buys the premium plan to sell something. Otherwise, downloading and using this app is useless.

I am extremely disappointed with OLX Pakistan's current behavior. After posting an ad for my laptop, I was consistently harassed by calls from their team. When I didn't answer, they moved to WhatsApp with a ridiculous claim. The team explicitly told me that I won't be able to sell my laptop unless I buy a featured ad. They are claiming that under their 'updated policy,' free listings are effectively useless and the product won't sell without paying. What the hell is this kind of service?
