Most times, accepting a follow-up trip doesn't work. Now, with the new update today, I'm unable to accept most trips even while on idle mode. Once you tap the screen, it bugs on and keeps ringing on the bgd. Also, there should be an option to increase the alert sound above other sounds on the device.

The application has several issues that hinder its usability. It frequently freezes after each job, and there are numerous bugs. Occasionally, it signs off by itself, and there are significant map issues. These problems make it challenging to work with the app effectively. Until the app is restarted after each job, it is not feasible to continue using it. I am dissatisfied with the current state of the application.

terrible app, doesnt work 90 percent of the time. app freezes after each job, navigation voice alerts dont turn off, it sends you offers even when you have turned off the option. needs serious attention
