Ratings and reviews

This app has plenty of bugs both on desktop and on mobile. It fails on my windows 11 Pro OS, never works and continuously serves an error message. Tried reset, repair and reinstalling and absolutely nothing. On mobile it has issues like credit monitoring takes forever to load and the dark web monitoring won't allow you to add information to your list. It's there but nothing happens. Do better Microsoft.

Keeps reminding me to check old stuff I've already checked multiple times. Can't find a way to scan for malware like I used to. I guess if you haven't fixed these very long standing problems by now, you're not going to. I'm wasting my time writing this. Same old Microsoft since '85. I should have known better. I'm finding that Google has no where near these problems and gets many fixed in a timely manner. With my background in human factor engineering, I can't trust Microsoft anymore

Android 17 has broken web protection on app. App continuously remind you about this as well as sending email notification to your Outlook email client. App keeps "forgetting" data entered for credit and identification monitoring. Until these issues are fixed, don't recommend installing app for M365 subscribers.
