Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't show places around, it shows "oops try again" so fast that I don't have enough fingers to close that notification. It shows places nearby only when the map is on the whole city, not my district which doesn't make any sense. When I want to look for places in my city is shows warsaw. And the worst thing is that even though I spent Monday at home, it shows that my card was used.... And my identity is been veryfing for 2 months already eh... That's a pity cause idea was very nice.

I had almost not been let into swimming pool because app had problems with connection and generating valid code. Offline code that was displayed was not accepted at all. Made it with 25th attempt! Not cool. Especially that entry is only at full hours so I couldn't try much longer. I lost plastic card so this is only one I have before I'll get new one.

I came up at gym, wasn't able to login, receptionist didn't let me in, so i had to go back home. Another problem happens often, when the session expires app doesn't start. Thank you Multisport, i just wasted 2 hours at 9pm during winter time when it's cold and windy. I hope next time during service outage, it would be possible to pass through.

What’s new

A new search engine for activities and sports facilities has been introduced in the mobile app, improving and speeding up service discovery.
Users can quickly check available activities in a selected location or nearby. The search engine uses suggestions, popular activities, and search history, enabling fast, intuitive, and contextual searching. Results are displayed on a map and in a list, with dynamic updates when the map is moved.
