Switching to a new phone is extremely inconvenient. My old phone broke and suddenly I can't do anything. The app on the new phone does not let me register (the process just doesn't work). With SMS password confirmation it would be much easier. But I can't switch to it, since the operation requires a confirmation in the app on my old phone! Very frustrating!

Overall standard for a bank, a freaking nightmare if you want to change your phone and access the app on a new phone. Isn't so complete as other banks apps (Santander for example), and if you don't speak polish, might wait a few days so they can contact you in English to activate the app in the new phone. Truly, miserable experience highly thinking on changing banks.

Terrible user experience. Application not user friendly, where we keep looking for what we need. To make it worse, it's constantly showing internals ads or even pop-ups for irrelevant services or promotions.
