So far it has been a great experience. The lesson layout makes it easy to tackle for anyone feeling overwhelmed by the idea of training. Biggest con: My wife and I share this and the reminders don't account for any potty logs she inputs, which results in constant inaccurate potty reminders. Very annoying. What's the point of sharing info?? If you want lifetime membership, you have to sign up for it in the beginning or the option disappears. Support denied this fact multiple times to me.

After a week's free trial I bought the lifetime access. Clear instructions and a sensible order to training skills, good info and the excellent ability to directly contact a trainer to ask any questions. 1 criticism - no encouragement to practice learnt skills once you've marked the initial training as finished, or a way to record practice sessions. We might work to solidify learnt skills for a few days, perhaps not doing any new skills, so in app it looks like we haven't done any training.

I bought this app on a whim, and I actually don't regret it. I have an older dog (8 yrs old) and he was never properly potty trained and it made life so much harder cuz I had to factor in cleaning up pee every time I left the house. This app made housebreaking my dog so easy! And as someone who needs constant reminders, that is a great feature as well. If I had any critique, it would be to allow 30 minute increments to the reminder notifications, but that's a small one, all things considering
