Ratings and reviews

The "Get It" button is located in the way that if you try to scroll down, you make instant purchase. DO NOT add your payment information to the app. I accidentally made a purchase of €155 trying to scroll down, and nobody wants to assist. Contacted them immediately. Customer service claims that since the event is not refundable, I am now stuck with the tickets without anyway to get a refund. Deleting the app.

Your agents told me my version is not updated. Sent email with the version in my system. "Last updated 2 Oct 2019" That's the version I have. If it was not updated, it would have a button saying "Update". If you have another version after 2nd of October, it is not available on Google Store. The issue is still not solved, and your agents are not quite familiar with the system. Removing the app.

Went to apply a discount code ("voucher") and it accepted the code but each time I clicked on it, it would just expand the details rather than actually applying it to my order even though it had verified the code. Tried everything. When checking out, it sure enough didn't apply and I paid full price. Immediately afterwards, I contacted customer support in live chat and they told me there was nothing they could do and to try updating the app when making future orders. Poor service.
