Lots of bugs. Order replacements seem to require approval and then the shopper is not able to end up purchasing the orders because of the "approval". I have had my orders canceled MANY times because of the app issues. It also does not update when the driver is en route to deliver- making it complicated and frustrating to both driver and customer. Not why the issues continue and it's impossible to get a hold of an agent.

The app keeps popping with a blank message, and when I close it, I can't seem to do anything. It keeps popping up and does not allow me to check the status of my order. It's very frustrating. Also, are there no penalties as what takes 45 minutes through Uber takes almost 2 hours as restaurants have no discipline. It's been more than an hour 30 minutes and the restaurant is still preparing my meal. Ridiculous!!! Do people actually have lunch after 4?!!

The application is very practical in terms of finding what you need, and payment is easy too. However, there are major problems with it. First, there isn't any transparency when it comes to fees. You have a variety of fees that add up to your bill on top of the tip. Second, there is no accountability when it comes to drivers or bad service. Bad service is consistent from restaurants and drivers. Finally, wait times are way too long, you never know when your delivery arrives. Terrible!!!
