Ratings and reviews

Audio level always drops by half, and there is no way for me to get back up because the volume levels are as high as they can go on my device. This has only started happening the past 2 weeks and is very annoying. I will have to cancel my subscription if I don't find a resolution to what the cause of this is. It happens on my device, via bluetooth to speakers and Bluetooth to my vehicle. It is EVERY time I use Apple Music on ANY device that is linked to my phone. I've not altered anything.

・often doesn't play music lately (I have good connection, no problems with other apps, in particular other music services) – when it can't load the song, skips to the next one in a couple of seconds, and then doesn't load that one too. had to switch to High Efficiency quality, but even then it doesn't play the songs most of the time; ・can't make a profile, I didn't even know they existed bc I don't have them at all; ・link to someone's playlist doesn't open in the app; ・a lot of incorrect lyrics.

Coming from Spotify I find the interface confusing and frankly a bit annoying. Swiping gestures are weird and don't make sense, spatial audio is underwhelming on my Sony XM5 headphones (compared to spotify the hi res lossless sounds a bit more pronounced but I'm underwhelmed again). Also there is no way for me to "play similar songs" which in Spotify is so easy (play song radio) and I use 100 times a day. I'm gonna try it out for a month and see if I can get used to it. Using it wrong? hehe
