Absolute trash! I tried relentlessly the entire day to transfer my photos and other content over to my new phone. My attempts were always the same: interruption after interruption, i couldn't get it to work, it was an absolute nightmare and it ruined my experience. I really don't get how this horrid piece of app, written some years ago can be so out of date to do such a simple task of moving some data reliably, sad thing is that it's not better with the other apps. Horrible! Please do something

This app is terrible, it doesn't work at all. I'm switching from Samsung 20+ to iPhone 13pro max. I spent half a day trying to transfer my data. Countless trials with unrealistic time frames, everytime I had about 15 minutes left the Samsung phone will say "error occurred" and redirect me to the pin, to start all over. I wish I could rate a negative. It just doesn't work at all. I feeling frustrated, I don't want to believe I won't have my stuff in my new phone. I'm starting to regret 🙃

Terrible. Took several hours to transfer my data, only to get stuck at 16 minutes remaining... I tried it again. It got stuck at 2 minutes remaining. It then got stuck at 1 minute remaining. When I say, 'stuck' it was on these screens for literally HOURS without progress. I tried a fourth time. Went to sleep, woke up and it still says, 'time remaining: estimating' Now it won't even connect 😭 I've literally been trying to set up my iPhone for over 12 hours and not been able to use it
