I am a frequent flyer, using many carriers and their apps. In my opinion as an IT professional with UI development experience, this app is not designed to make your flight and the app usage as easy and helpful as possible. Instead, it is my opinion that the app as well as other Ryanair services are developed and structured in a way that it's easy to make mistakes, for which the consumer later pays a hefty price. A very sophisticated way of misleading consumers.

Update 2024.06.24: Online visa verification is widely advertised but never works. 3 flights tested and it fails each time. Everyone still queuing for visa check at the airport unnecessarily. Original: Mostly works as expected. But why on earth does it require live internet connection to display saved information like boarding passes? Guess what: many airports block 4g and don't have working wifi. This issue causes great and unnecessary stress. The booking process is smooth.

I booked 2 months ago was all nice and easy ,last update is a big mess !! Not clear at all , after choosing the luggage, it is not understandable,they won't allow to continue,keep asking to mark down a luggage even if you already did in the previous screen. At the check in when I pressed that I wanted to take on board a bag pack ,a warning message appeared like I had to pay more ,not clear again . I had to start and restart over and over .I was fuming
