我在Albufeira 预订了75欧的三人游船项目28/10/2019，但是trip advisor一直显示预订未完成， 并且当时也没有扣钱。 所以我并没有去， 因为我那天银行卡丢失在了里斯本的旅途中。 如果我没有确认信息，那么驱车三小时过去也是无法游玩。 过了几天网页扣了我两次的钱，现在他们只愿意赔付我一次的费用。 让我感到很气愤。
