Unable to book a service using the app properly. Went to book for the 8th next month and every time I select this and get to the summary page it says dropping off tomorrow. Last time I booked with it I had a phone call asking where I was on a completely different day to the one I booked and was stated on my confirmation email. Would book over the phone but got disconnected and transferred to the wrong person 3 times so isn't any better.

The map feature to find ev charging points that we can use the volvo deals on is tough work. Hardly ever accurate with number of points available and map is not too quick to bring them up. Positive side is it hooks up to the car pretty quick in order to get heating on during winter or to prep battery. Overall could be sooo much better

Very hit and miss. Generally works ok but remote locking / unlocking is normally greyed out. I did have the option to show app shortcuts for the doors and activating lights bit in last couple of days these icons have left the room and I can't seem to get them back. Not sure if that was down to an upgrade or not.
