Ich habe keine Ahnung ob das fake/Betrug ist, jedenfalls gibt es keine Option für Kontoeinstellungen,sodass man den 3 Tage gratis Test GRATIS nutzen kann,eine Deaktivierung wie in der App beschrieben ist nicht möglich.Eine Reaktion auf meine Emails und Kontaktaufnahme über den Kundendienst ist bisher nicht erfolgt.Eine Seite ist auf deutsch ansonsten alles englisch,die Beschreibung zur Deaktivierung der automatischen Verlängerung,die dann kostenpflichtig ist,passt nicht zu den Buttons in der app

Ich hoffe mal es ist kein Fake. Es erscheint mir alles sehr unseriös. Probeabo kann man nirgendwo kündigen. Die E-Mail Adresse die unter 'Kundenservice' angezeigt wird, ist nicht korrekt. Mails können nicht zugestellt werden "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender". Habe jetzt über die App den Kundenservice angeschrieben in der Hoffnung das die Nachricht ankommt und die Kündigung des Probeabo's funktioniert ✊️🍀 Richtig ärgerlich! Kostet nicht nur Zeit sondern auch Nerven.

Hallo bin auch auf die Seite Reingefallen ,wollte nur das Probe Abo habe versucht zu kündigen ging aber nicht musste bezahlen ,habe durch Zufall aber rausgefunden das man in google Konto eine Abo Funktion hat und dort war die App drin . Dort konnte ich diese App kündigen versucht es auch mal oder wenn ihr über einen Anderen Akaunt verfügt darüber,hoffe ich konnte mit meiner Erfahrung helfen.
