Ich bin absolut begeistert von der Art und Weise wie der Hersteller mit seinen Kunden umgeht! Die App ist wie die Kamera intuitiv zu bedienen und funktioniert tadellos. Nun schon zum 2. Mal ist mir vom Supportteam sehr freundlich, unkompliziert, kompetent und vor allem schnell geholfen worden. Hier nur ein kurzer Ausflug zu meinem aktuellsten Thema. Prism in 04/2017 gekauft, 19.03.2023 ein Problem mit der App gemeldet. Einige Mails... Aktuelles Update 16.04.2023 Problem gelöst.
