The app is great until you need to change your device—then it becomes a nightmare. ​There is no way to "log in" or transfer your existing account to a new phone. Once I downloaded it on my new device, I was treated as a new user and locked out of my old account/data. ​The customer service is non-existent, offering no help for this basic, critical issue. ​This is a major scam if you ever plan to upgrade your device. Avoid.

I use this app since 2021, my streak is currently 1423 days. The other day I got an error message and reported it to customer service. They sent me a very nice reply right away and fixed the issue (app not compatible with current Android version) in the next update two days later. I'm very impressed and happy with Sparkle and the company! ❤️

It's growing on me. I'm beginning to think it's actually helping. Thanks :) Update: some sparkles need more space to be able to read their full description to remember what they were originally all about. It would be great if it was possible to to have sort of a "show full text" option. I use this app for engraining new mental health habits that help me, so I don't treat it as a mandatory daily to-do list, but rather as a reminder of the possible tools for managing daily life.
