Pretty solid app. Started using it during the lockdown to come up with garage wods. I like it better than many of the other apps I tried. You can customize your equipment, sometimes I trick it into giving me more varied workouts by changing the selection and modifying. Just a few bummers. If you accidentally refresh a wod you can't go back. The audio hasn't worked for me, which would be nice for timed wods.

Love almost everything about it. Like other users I wish it could develop a short warmup or stretching session for each WOD, but the one thing I have issues with is trying to add notes after a workout. I want to be able to remind myself which weights were too light, too heavy, etc. so that I know for the next time around. Every time I try to add notes though, it won't save them. Otherwise it would be 5 stars in my book. Still a great app that I use all the time now.

Wish it generated more diverse workouts. It seems it comes up with similar routines and exercises and doesn't utilize all of the available equipment I have access to. I've changed up the settings multiple ways but it still doesn't generate well. My favorite routines are the ones I've come up with myself. I love that I can save and edit them and that it shows me how to do certain exercises I'm unfamiliar with. Even so, I would recommend this app to everyone. It's been a great help!
