I paid them and they drafted out my account twice. I told them and they say they only see one payment when on the app plus my bank statement showing proof that y'all took two payments. Don't expect me to pay off anything and you won't get it tax time either. Plus the phone call was being recorded so y'all definitely have a lawsuit coming.

Always a connectivity problem and forget trying to use the chat even more frustrating is getting through to customer service. Initially I wasn't sure if this was a bank or financial institution. So many scams now days I thought this was one. The loan was obtained for a home improvement project so I was unaware what this was a loan for.

Always says " issue connecting to the server." Can't see my balance, receipts or scheduled payments. Updated since 10/29: This app is terrible. I just need to know my balance. According to my records my balance was $13230.44 on November 22, 2024. This app is telling me that that's still the balance which is not correct because I've paid at least $300 since then. I've started keeping track of my payments and balances on my own. I don't trust this company at all.
