I HONESTLY thought... YAY! NOW I can FINALLY make extra principle ONLY payments without having to jump through a bunch of phone call hoops! NOPE! Making extra payments here STILL requires a phone call to put it on the principle ONLY. This app does absolutely nothing that regular scheduled payments already does. Grrr!

Tried to log in but keeps saying I'm putting in the wrong credentials. Than it states my email does not exist when trying to reset my password. Do I not need to pay my bill? I'm ok with that

Complete garbage, login info doesn't even work. You can update your pw on the site to say 13 letters and it accepts it but then try that 13 letter pw on the app an it only accepts 12 letters. It doesn't recognize your phone number. It's a waste of time.
