It's incredibly basic but somehow still confusing and difficult to use when it decides to work. You may not be able to get up to date info on your loan principle, but with the last major update, you can add pictures to your account profile... smh, bank app trying to be social media.

I HONESTLY thought... YAY! NOW I can FINALLY make extra principle ONLY payments without having to jump through a bunch of phone call hoops! NOPE! Making extra payments here STILL requires a phone call to put it on the principle ONLY. This app does absolutely nothing that regular scheduled payments already does. Grrr!

Same as others. Have account, can login on web. Can't login on app. Have to call them for everything except adding payments to the account. Hot garbage, replace your entire tech team.
