Ratings and reviews

After updating the app, i keep getting " response timed out" error. i cannot perform any app action at all. already reached out via email they keep referring me to contact their support hotline. Waited on queue for 30 mins each contact, no answer. Still unable to get any assistance regarding this until today. issue started last week of November. As of this writing im in the call queue for already 20 mins and counting.

Are you considering to download this digibank app the first time? Please don't, use the other much better digibanks out there just not this one. Here's the reasons why: 1. the app is way too damn laggy! I can't even use it. Can't even see my account's balance. 2. When I try login by inputting my password, it will for some reason ask for a password input! and it will take a few attempts to let me proceed. These issues persists for weeks or even a month now & still are not resolved.

Fire whoever thought it was a good idea to change the old UI. Back then the app was fast, simple, and easy to use. Now you have to click every button just to get where you want. It has become SO LAGGY that you have to stare at the screen for a minute before the buttons even appear. Stop trying to become trendy or whatever. You are a banking app, not a social media app. Get your priorities straight.
