Always shows riders who are too far away. It doesn't calculate road distance just assumes cars can take the shortest route over buildings to me. This has led to too many cancellations, I've spent 30 minutes waiting for drivers who cancel because I'm too far

Well the map location is the worst ever. If the car is right next to you, it will show a kilometre away. New update, most drivers have all apps, they prefer Uber more, especially in rush hours.

The worst app I have ever seen and I have seen a lot. If there was a negative 6 star I would give that. Driver says trip is cancelled and keeps getting the cancellation ring yet my app show I'm being driven to my destination. It's a corporate ride, do you expect me to pay the driver off the app?
