One of the most cumbersome apps with so many unnecessary hurdles in the login processes. No other banks mob apps, except Dhan Bank, is having, apart from MPIN, cust ID in the login process. Pls try to remove such unnecessary hurdles. Today I tried umpteen number of times to transfer some money to my other Bank account, but no OTP was coming; this is happening again and again. One of the worst app. I am really fed-up with this app

Not a good bank to bank with. They charged me amc of Rupay platinum debit card while I was given rupay global variant. And cc is also not supportive for issues. Not at all professional so keep it in mind while chosing them. I decided to close it.

After the new update, always loading and ui is not so user friendly and confusing. The basic need of a bank app is transaction. That is itself not happening. It does not allow to take screenshots and so we cannot even tell which transaction is issue with number. Hope the app does not expect user to remember the transaction number or recite it to anyone. Need to update a lot. Even basics.
