Ratings and reviews

Good only for checking balance and basic transactions. Other features are not working properly. Eg. Term deposit not working. After entering all required data and providing mpin for the transaction, it says your selected scheme not available in your branch! Add biller not working properly. Added biller disappearing after one or two months! No facility in transaction history for repeating transaction with another amount. Please dont keep buttons not working properly.

Worst App. Login is very difficult, always says cannot connect to server, don't use WiFi,use mobile network, if you are lucky it says change password, change PIN etc.. If you forgot the password and gave new debit card number and pin number for resetting password, it says details doesn't match with bank records. If you are home at night no transactions are possible. So I feel it's not at all user friendly and bank doubts all login as fraudulent. So planning to close the Account itself..

worst application.some time we enter the correct password it shows incorrect password and id will block. at last they says change the password then we change password that time shows card num is not correct. correct card num is typing but they didnt understood
