Ratings and reviews

UI not scaling correctly and putting buttons off screen. Calls dropping. Streams freezing. All the things you see in most reviews for the app now. Cannot believe Discord has stooped to a solid 3 stars on the play store. They should be ashamed, but instead they respond with fixes that they know don't work and it's just to make a facade of caring. I'm sure I'll get one, too. Edit: Called it. As if no one has tried reinstalling and restarting. Spend less time deflecting, and more on fixing.

A few years ago this app was great and now it struggles with sending simple private messages and showing new ones. I was just in a voice call where all the call buttons (video, mute, games, and disconnect) did not show up. I could not disconnect from the call normally. I couldn't send feedback about my experience as the panel was cut off. Every update has made this app worse. I'm so disappointed. Please stop adding new features and focus on fixing the current broken UI/UX.

This app used to be fine, but the developers continuously change layouts for no reason (messing with your muscle memory again and again), remove useful features (personal search history is never coming back, is it?), add features no one asked for that rarely work well, require more button-clicks for the same functionality as before, and introduce countless new bugs (like sending you on wild goose chases trying to find which server pinged you with display bugs). Support the competition.
