Lately, this app has been crashing every time I open the booking tab. A solution I have found is to change the preferences to ask you about your location every time you book. Currently, I can not turn off automatic payment. I use my student ID since I am a student. With the inflated prices, I can not afford an $18 round trip for however many times I ride. I hope that the heads of this app are reading this. This NEEDS to be fixed.

I used to love this app and service. But in the last few days that I've been trying to use the app, it crashes Everytime. When I reinstall it, I can go a little bit further in the app, then it crashes again. Was there a recent upgrade that went wrong? We need a new update to fix this issue soon!

My experience with ride kc transit. Was good. Until..last Friday . Wen my app stopped working. I had been riding the transit since 2019. No the app sucks.
