I was finally able to make an account. When attempting to book a trip, your estimated drop off has to be at least 70 minutes from the time you're creating the booking. I was trying to book at 4:10 PM, so it made my earliest time to be dropped off around 6 something. When I finally figured that out, I wasn't even allowed to book the trip. It was an insufficient distance or something, idk. What is the point of this app if I'm going to have to call them anyway?

The app no longer provides any information about your rides location, it will simply say "your rides location is unavailable but is on the way" the entire time you are waiting for your ride. Less than a minute before your ride arrives it will change to "your ride is near" (the bus still won't show up on the map at this point btw) and then they arrive seconds later. This forces me to stand out in the cold while I wait because if I don't, they will arrive without warning and then leave without me

It's a good app but it has a big bug in it involving the book again option and the booking page that has to be fixed right away. The book again option if someone tap's it it says "request time cannot be for the past" when it's not for the past it's for a future trip. And the booking page if someone is trying to get a ride the person trying will be stuck on the pickup half and there is no resent search list for the pickup half so the pickup location will have to be entered in but it doesn't take.
