I was finally able to make an account. When attempting to book a trip, your estimated drop off has to be at least 70 minutes from the time you're creating the booking. I was trying to book at 4:10 PM, so it made my earliest time to be dropped off around 6 something. When I finally figured that out, I wasn't even allowed to book the trip. It was an insufficient distance or something, idk. What is the point of this app if I'm going to have to call them anyway?

Completely useless app! It worked the very first time, but as soon as I tried a second time, I could no longer log in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've called the help number several times and they keep "fixing" it, only to have it crash the very next time. The entire IRide system turns out to be yet another thing everyone claims is readily available to anyone, but it turns out it isn't actually available when you really need it.

the app is decent, but the actual busses are really inconsistent with time and when they arrive. today a bus arrived at 6:31 in the morning, and most of the other busses I take come a little after 7:00 A.M. Iride, I encourage you to fix this problem with your arrival times and schedule. Thank you.
